RE: For the F4 Series SMD LED flood light,Dualrays provide 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q2: What’s the payment methods you can accept ?
RE: We can accept multi payment routes in order to be more flexible and convenient for our customers all over the world,Western Union,Paypal,T/T,L/C.But generally the standard payment method is T/T for bulk orders,30% T/T in advance,balance 70% before shipment The bank information is written in the PI.
Q3: How long for the delivery time?
RE: 3 to 5 working days for samples, massive orders is within 10-15 working days according to the quantity.30 days for customized products with opening new mold.Urgent delivery time requirement is available,we will try our best to help you.

RE: No MOQ, Sample order for testing welcome.
